One of the most important methods to improve your search engine results is to build backlinks now many people think that this just involves making a few comments on blogs and in forums and this is entirely wrong and will often get you banned. So what are the alternatives well you could buy links but I would not recommend this as what is the point of having links on a website that has absolutely nothing to do with the content of your own site.

The best alternative in my opinion is to build your own links in high traffic sites such as Freepage and 1-family classifieds which have Alexa rankings of 100,000 and 150,000 respectively and are frequently visited by search engine robots.

So what content do you put on these sites, well for one you do not advertise even on 1 Family classifieds, you provide information or spider food for robots. Butch Hamilton is a master of this technique and I would even go as far as suggesting you to subscribe to one of his feeds to learn for yourself.

You need to get into a routine of writing posts in both of these systems on a daily basis and over time you will build massive backlinks. Now some people have writers block and generally this is because they are trying to promote something they know nothing about. Knowledge is king you need to study and learn about your business in order to be successful, as you learn then you can write about it, its a two way process.

Obesity is a worldwide problem and over the past 30 years the percentage of obese men has doubled to 10% and for women has now reached 14% of the population.

What is perhaps more worrying is fact that just an extra serving of unhealthy fast food can represent an increase of just under one pound a year. So you need to think twice before asking for more.

Did you know that according to research carried out at Harvard, if you you have four obese friends, it doubles your chance of becoming obese, the exact cause is not known but a possible explanation could be that if a person is around others with unhealthy eating habits, they may pick up those same bad eating habits.

Are You Always Truthful

I know that when I first started marking I used to use pre written sales letters for products I was selling, you know the one I mean how I lost 22 lbs in four weeks etc. Now I have never had a weight problem, my weight has been constant for 40 years, so it is right to market in this way.

Generally speaking I avoid making these statements because I no longer try to sell my products but just present information relating to the products, so in the case of the example above I would write an article about the benefits of losing weight.

I recent made started a thread in the warriors forum to find out if other members were truthful or not. http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/461867-you-always-when-truthful-marketing-your-business.html#post4788399 and was quite surprised by the number of people who are still responding. Some like me agree when they started they knew no better, when they brought into a way of marketing which was a lie. Others have stood firm from the beginning.

One thing is very sure if you try marking your business based on a lie, you will be found out and live to regret it. Everything you do on the Internet is recorded and will be available long after you are dead and buried. the is no hiding place. So think twice before joining an opportunity which expects you to lie.
